built from that software, Noematics developes content management solutions
and offers with its partners, follow up, maintenance and counsels services

by offering tools and services to extract information from documents over Intranets and Extranets,
by a search process retrieving personnalized information, much more efficient and relevant than usual search through Internet,
by building from data and document architectures, types, flows,

A double experience: software engineering, services
NOEMATICS was founded in 1995, with the objective of developing intelligent software dedicated to databases, information retrieval and knowledge management.
Noematics has designed and marketed CD-ROM encyclopedias, and web sites publishing medical and scientific journals in several languages.

Then Noematics was naturally induced to create REFLEXION a search engine dedicated to the information hold by the enterprise (Intranet) and its partners (Extranet)

Noematics and its partners offer services around the REFLEXION software: maintenance, updates, follow up of client needs and configurations in content management and information retrieval.
Daniel Verney, founder of Noematics, has dedicated his career to software engineering, starting with scientific and environmental models, then creating geographical information systems and data management systems in client/ server architectures, while pursuing research programs in knowledge representation and information coding. He has developed an information indexing and retrieval technology which is the core of the REFLEXION software. He has worked for
several years in the United States and in Europe as a software consultant and
designer. He taught computer science as an associate professor at the University
of Reims (France). He participated for Polaroid Belgium in the development and
installation of the visitors access control system of the European Parliament.
Daniel Verney graduated from École Polytechnique, and École Nationale des Techniques Avancées, in Paris, and holds a diploma from the US Navy Management System Course.
